Here’s what you’ll be taking on

  • Become an Architect of Change: guide our new customers as they navigate transformative journeys with Siteaware.
  • Expert Enabler: Transform users into Siteaware maestros, making them not just proficient but proud references in our ever-growing community.
  • Onboarding Maverick: Lead enterprise-wide and project-level onboarding, ensuring clients experience a seamless and empowering introduction to Siteaware.
  • Engagement Champion: Consult on best practices to enhance engagement and adoption, maximizing the impact of Siteaware across the board.
  • Collaboration Dynamo: Collaborate across all tiers of our organization, crafting best practices and facilitating connections that nurture client success and propel Siteaware’s evolution as an industry trailblazer.
  • Client Ambassador: You’ll be the living embodiment of SiteAware to our cherished clients, whether it’s through on-site training sessions or electrifying industry events.
  • Work across all levels of the organization to develop best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and SiteAware’s evolution as a category creator

You have:

  • 2+ years of construction management experience OR 2+ years of leading enterprise customer rollouts
  • familiar with the inner workings and common challenges of SaaS implementations
  • Expert in objection handling and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, driven, and always focused on “doing the right thing” for the company
  • strong presentation skills and be capable of designing and executing a roll-out strategy
  • Curious with a desire to learn and become an expert on Siteaware’s offering to the construction industry
