What Awaits You:

  • Siteaware Project Coordinator will play a critical role in managing and coordinating project schedules across multiple construction sites. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and optimizing project capture schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities while minimizing delays and resource conflicts. 
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while working in an ever-changing environment. 

Here’s what you’ll be taking on:

  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules, taking into account factors such as scope of work, resource availability, and project timelines.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to create comprehensive schedules that outline the sequence of construction activities and milestones for each project.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze project schedules to identify potential conflicts, bottlenecks, or delays, and propose solutions to mitigate risks and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and schedule updates to ensure alignment with project objectives and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related inquiries and updates, facilitating communication between project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve scheduling conflicts, address delays, and implement changes to the project schedule as needed.
  • Manage schedule and scan coordination with construction project teams.

You Are:

  • Creative and a problem-solver.
  • High level of detail orientation, punctual, reliable, and responsible.
  • Experience with scheduling in a highly dynamic and fluid environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player with a positive customer-facing attitude.
  • Experience in Construction management – advantage.
