We’re looking for a product marketing manager with proven experience in rapidly growing B2B companies. You will be a key player in our growing team focused on shaping our story in order to drive sales and expansion with existing customers.

SiteAware has built the world’s first real-time error prevention technology for construction. In two years, our Digital Construction Verification Platform has been accepted by market leaders as a solution to this complex problem, bringing factory-level productivity to their construction sites. We’ve recently raised $15M in a B round to fuel our rapid growth, having doubled our team and tripled our sales in 2021.

Here’s what you’ll be taking on:

  • Manage the core product messaging & positioning – you must be strong and disciplined with messaging
  • Manage product and feature launches
  • Develop sales enablement materials – presentations, demos, brochures
  • Manage external communication around the product
  • Be the voice of customer internally for features prioritization
  • Lead qualitative customer research around existing and future features

  • Strong communicator – you can take something complicated and distill it into a clear message
  • Organized – you can run meetings, launch plans, you’re results oriented
  • Leader – you can lead a launch with a cross-functional team, you make things happen, you can take things in a direction and know why
  • Product market fit – you can weigh customer professional needs vs business needs
  • Minimum 3 years managing product marketing in fast growing enterprise B2B
  • Agile – you know how to get things done in a startup environment, independently, hands-on and effectively
  • Mastery of the English language – we work with the US market
