Director of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced, data driven, super-creative, out-of-the-box thinker and passionate individual to lead the marketing team.

In this role you will own the company’s marketing strategy and execution of all marketing activities with a strong focus on digital marketing.

An individual with great attitude, high energy, “people-person”. Must excel in small team environment and work cross-functionally. Project management, multitasking skills, quick learning abilities and prioritization based on business needs

The individual will be accountable for customer growth through digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for the digital presence with prime focus for new customer acquisition, brand awareness throughout the industry, engaging existing customers and joint marketing activities with partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of:
    • SEO, traffic acquisition and funnel creation.
    • Social media campaigns.
    • Content creation and PR.

Experience:

  • Proven experience with campaign and marketing automation, social media channels, B2B content marketing, event marketing and PR experience is a must
  • 3+ years as a marketing manager in digital marketing for SaaS companies
Enterprise Field Sales Manager (EFSM) 1

This role will be based in the Western US serving PAC and Mountain Time Zones.

We require an entrepreneurial EFSM to help us penetrate a nascent industry that is hungry for change. As an EFSM you will manage all sales activities in an assigned territory comprised of top ENR’s and Commercial Developers and Owners. Experience generating opportunities, influencing project-teams, executive-level decision makers, and meeting/exceeding a quarterly quota is a key, as we require role productivity within 60-90 days.

This is a Virtual Role Working from Home. Overall requirements include:

  • “Mine and Mind” your assigned territory.
  • Assess revenue potential in the territory.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline (4x or greater of quota).
  • Drive revenue and market share.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of solutions.
  • Take a consultative approach to prospect requirements and present the best possible solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting Company growth through relationship management and driving product awareness and adoption. Experience influencing project-teams, executive-level decision makers, and meeting/exceeding a quarterly quota is a key, as we require role productivity within 60-90 days.

This is a Virtual Role Working from Home. Overall requirements include:

  • Provide value-based demonstration support for new and existing opportunities.
  • Facilitate adoption through guidance of best practices.
  • Help customers with onboarding.
  • Work with product development to help shape new product releases.
  • Work with product marketing to translate new functionality into value-add messaging that will enable enterprise reps to sell more effectively.
