Project Kickoff Checklist

The following documents are needed to prepare for upcoming inspections on your project. These can be shared through Procore, PlanGrid, or other online sharing platform you are utilizing on your project.

Core Digital Construction Verification (DCV) - Decks

1.  Current set of construction documents, Submittals, RFIs, Schedule.

2.  Site Logistics Plan - showing crane location and any other potential obstacles for scans​.

3.  Crane Submittals - showing the height and phases of the crane(s). Please indicate the current phase/position of the crane(s).

4.  BIM Coordination Plans - the latest version of the MEPF, structural and architectural plans to be used for overlay with the scans.

  • PT tendon shop drawings (DWG preferred)

  • Embed shop drawings (DWG preferred)

  • Access to the Revit model (if available)

  • Access to the Navisworks Model (if available)

5.  Control Point Plan (DWG) that is geo-located in the state plane coordinate system and contains the project grid lines. This is needed to properly align to the project coordinates for our inspections.

  • Contact information for the surveyor in case we have any follow-up questions will also be helpful

6.  Look-ahead Schedule indicating upcoming pour dates.

7.  Pour plans showing the pour breaks for upcoming levels.

8.  Distribution List of site contacts (name, company/role, email address) that will need to have accounts created and to receive notifications when deliverables are uploaded to the SiteAware repository (app.siteaware.com).

9.  Review the proposed tolerances table and notify SiteAware Implementation Manager of any deviations to these that are needed.

Shell Digital Construction Verification (DCV) - Facades

1.  Current set of construction documents, Submittals, RFIs, Schedule.

2.  Access to the Revit Model (if available)

3.  Access to the Navisworks Model (if available)

4.  Distribution List of site contacts (name, company/role, email address) that will need to have accounts created and to receive notifications when deliverables are uploaded to the SiteAware repository (app.siteaware.com).

5.  Review the proposed tolerances table and notify SiteAware Implementation Manager of any deviations to these that are needed.
