Controller

Here’s what you’ll be taking on:

• Oversight of all Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions and reports of the company
• Building business plans and models to achieve company objectives
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and filing of the Company’s financial reports
• Develop and track business & insurance metrics and performance KPIs
• Develop and improve company work processes, policies, and compliance to support company objectives and growth
• Record and analyze revenue and commissions
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls
• Support company fundraising and investor relationships
• Establish and monitor a solid financial infrastructure while defining business and budget KPI’s for each activity / department of the company
• Work with banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT) , public auditors and officials
• Overseeing financial transactions recording, banks and credit cards

Your skill set:

• 2-3 years of experience as a controller from a global SAAS company
• A CPA certificates, BA in Accounting
• Experience working as a CPA in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (preferably in tech Department)
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
• Experience navigating the financial, tax, regulatory and compliance frameworks in the United States
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work globally
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently, and a can-do approach
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and multi-tasking skills
• Efficient and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent English – writing and verbal skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Hand-on approach
• Team player, independent work capability, fast data learning ability, attention to details
